There are several ways to brew black tea. Below are two variants to try at home.
The first variant is the most famous.
Bring about 250 ml of water to the boil. Once the water boils, turn it off and pour the water into a glass or teapot. Then add about 2 grams of tea and let it steep for a few minutes, depending on how strong you like the tea. Then filter out the tea leaves with a sieve.
The second variant is mainly for people who like strongly drawn tea.
Bring about 250 ml of water to the boil in a small pan. Once the water boils, add about 2 grams of loose leaf tea and let the water continue to boil on low to medium intensity for another 3 minutes.
After three minutes, turn off the water and stir the tea once. After this, cover the pan and let the tea stand for another two minutes. You can then pour the tea into a glass and filter out the loose tea leaves with a sieve.
Because the tea has a very strong taste and sometimes a bit bitter taste, some people like to add (raw cane) sugar.
This is entirely up to you to decide.
